TIRI offers free insured shipping across India on all orders of lab grown diamond jewellery,
including diamond rings, studs, and pendants.

The production timeline of 7–10 business days for TIRI’s signature designs &
10–15 business days for bespoke creations

Please inspect your package for any damage or tampering before accepting it.

Orders may take up to 21 days for delivery due to high demand. In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Delivery timelines are shown at checkout. Orders are dispatched after full payment, and we will notify you upon shipment.

If your purchase is a gift or surprise, let us know in advance so we can assist discreetly.

For insurance and logistics, ID verification may be required at delivery. Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped.

International Shipping

At present, TIRI ships only within India and does not offer international delivery. However, we are actively working on expanding our logistics to offer worldwide shipping to select international locations in the near future.

At TIRI, we value our Customers beyond the first purchase. 
Our Buyback and Lifetime Exchange policies ensure lasting satisfaction with our diamond jewelry.
All returns or exchanges undergo a quality review to confirm the product is free from damage or alterations.
Please note: Customized jewelry items are excluded from these policies.

Buyback Policy

Customers can return eligible goods for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.
Not applicable for custom orders
Refund excludes all taxes applied at purchase.
Returns require the original certificate, invoice, and a valid government ID matching the invoice name.
Quality checks take 3-7 business days upon receipt.
The company is not responsible for any consequential loss or damage to jewelry or stones.
Refunds are processed via direct bank transfer only to the invoice holder.
Payments are completed within 15 business days after receiving the product.

Lifetime Exchange Policy

Exchange your product anytime at current market value of diamonds and gold, credited toward another TIRI purchase.
Exchange value applies only when purchasing a new product. If the new product costs more, pay the difference; if less, no cash refund is issued.
Returns must include original certificate, invoice, and matching government ID.
Quality check required for exchanged items.
Products must be shipped in the original TIRI branded box, securely packed to prevent damage.
For international exchanges, customers bear any local import/export taxes and duties.
New orders ship within 21 business days after receipt and approval of the returned product
