A) Yearly Maintenance
At TIRI, we want your jewellery to shine forever. We offer free annual cleaning and inspection for all TIRI pieces.
Note: This service will be void if the jewellery has been altered or serviced by any third-party jeweller.
B) Return Policy
15-Day Money Back (In-stock Items Only)
Valid for stock items returned within 15 days
Custom-made items are not eligible.
Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 2 weeks of quality approval.
Product must be unused, undamaged, and untampered.
TIRI reserves the right to reject excessive or unreasonable returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
