How do I take care of my jewellery after purchase?

To maintain the shine of your gold jewellery or lab-grown diamond ring:

Clean gently with warm water and mild soap.Store pieces individually in soft pouches.Avoid exposing them to chemicals, perfumes, and harsh environments.

Does TIRI offer buy-back or exchange options?

Yes. TIRI provides both a Buy-Back Policy and a Lifetime Exchange Policy for eligible lab grown diamond jewellery.

Exchange: You can exchange your piece for one of equal or higher value, pending a condition review.Buy-Back: Valid within 15 days for products up to ₹3,00,000.Please ensure you include the original invoice, certificate, and valid ID when returning items. How are refunds handled during an exchange?

If you exchange your item within 15 days and your new selection costs less, we’ll refund the difference to the bank account linked to the name on the original invoice. Please email your details to clientcare@tiri.in.

Can I exchange the same order more than once?

No. We allow only one exchange per original purchase to maintain clarity and fairness in our policy.

Is a certificate required for lifetime exchange?

Yes, you’ll need to provide the original SGL or IGI certificate to determine the current value of your lab-grown jewellery or diamond piece. This ensures we can offer you the most accurate and fair value under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
