ELIGIBILITY

• Applicable only on TIRI rings
• Valid on full-price purchases only
• One-time upgrade per ring on Single Diamond

UPGRADE CONDITIONS

• Upgrade allowed only once
• Ring must be upgraded to exactly double the original size
• Original ring must be returned in wearable condition
• No refunds or cash alternatives

PRICING RULES

• Customer pays 50% of the price difference between:
• Original ring price
• New upgraded ring price at time of upgrade
• Gold rate at upgrade date will apply
• Making charges recalculated on upgraded size

TIME WINDOW

• Upgrade can be availed between 3 months and 6 months from original purchase date
• Requests outside this window will not be eligible

EXCLUSIONS

• Custom engraved rings
• Limited edition / archival pieces
• Rings altered by third parties
• Damage beyond normal wear

NON-TRANSFERABLE

• Offer tied to original invoice and customer
• Cannot be transferred, exchanged, or clubbed with other offers
