Match & Beat Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
1.1. Our Price Match & Beat guarantee applies to identical products offered by legitimate omnichannel (online e-commerce and offline physical stores) brand competitors.
1.2. The competitor’s item must be in stock, and currently available for purchase at the time of the request.
1.3. The competitor must be an omnichannel brand with its own brand online and physical channels where they sell their products. Offers from marketplaces, auction sites, private sellers, or liquidation outlets are not eligible in this offer.

2. How the Price Match Works
2.1. If you find a lower advertised price from an eligible competitor, we will match that price.
2.2. If approved, we will attempt to beat the matched price with a further discount
2.3. To avail of the lower price you will have to purchase through our website using a coupon code which would be given for your specific order

3. Exclusions
The Price Match & Beat guarantee does not apply to:

- Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales
- Rewards program discounts, coupon codes, membership discounts, or bundle deals
- Typographical errors or misprints on competitor advertisements
- Limited-time flash sales or “one-day only” promotions
- Pricing related to products not equivalent in design, gold and diamond carat weight.

4. Easy Verification Process
4.1. Customers must provide proof of the competitor’s price (URL, screenshot, or quote).
4.2. We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s offer and product/service availability before approving a price match.
4.3. Verification must be completed before the sale is finalized. You will get an email confirming the price match is verified and a coupon code for the revised price.

5. Limitations
5.1. Price Match & Beat requests must be submitted before purchase.
5.2. Limit of one price match per customer per item.
5.3. Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

6. Right to Decline
We reserve the right to decline a Price Match & Beat request if:

- The competitor price cannot be verified
- The competitor does not meet eligibility requirements
- The request violates any condition listed above

7. Policy Changes
We may update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
